Kansas Hunter Safety Clinic will be held Saturday, Oct. 7 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sumner Newscow report — A Kansas Hunter Safety Clinic meeting will be held Saturday, Oct. 7 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 8 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Wellington Senior High School in the Agriculture Building on east side of campus. Lunch will be provided by the Wellington FFA on Saturday.

Prior registration is required. Sign-up at safehunters.com. All material will be provided by Kansas Safe Hunter program, and there is no cost to the students.  It’s free.

Minimum age to receive a certification is 11 years. Class is limited to 75 students. For more information go to safehunters.com or call John at 620-326-8129.
