Submitted to Sumner Newscow — Caldwell Regional Medical Center will celebrate its 90th Anniversary on Monday, June 12, 2023. From its early beginnings to the new, state-of-the-art facility, the hospital has been instrumental in promoting and improving the health and well-being of residents across Southcentral Kansas and Northern Oklahoma.

The original Caldwell General Hospital primarily served residents of Caldwell. Years of quality and compassionate care has fostered growth and trust and Caldwell Regional Medical Center now serves thousands of patients in the region.

“The success of the Caldwell Regional Medical Center is undeniably the work of all of the men and women who are and have worked at the hospital and clinic over the years,” said Brooke Bollman, CEO. “We want to recognize the professionals who have dedicated their lives to serve our patients 24 hours a day, for 90 years. We are also recognizing the perpetual support of all board members, committee members, foundation members, and auxiliary members who have served to support and guide this organization.”

On January 30, 2023, CRMC opened a modern, state-of-the-art facility that offers a wide range of healthcare services, including emergency care, outpatient procedures, lab, imaging, primary care, and a variety of rehabilitation services.

CRMC is hosting a community event on Monday, June 12, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Caldwell Regional Medical Center to celebrate this milestone anniversary. The event will feature music, food, activities, and giveaways for all ages. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the hospital and learn more about its history and services.
