Lisa Herring, 43, Haysville: Sunday, Dec. 26, 1971 – Dec. 16, 2015

Lisa L. (Booth) Herring, of Haysville,  died Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at her home in Haysville, Kansas at the age of 43.

Lisa was born the daughter of Cecilia Jennings and Charles “Mike” Booth on Sunday, December 26, 1971 in Wellington, Kansas. She was a Certified Nurse Assistant at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington and loved her 8 years spent there.

Survivors include her daughter, Larissa Booth of Mayfield,  daughter, Lynna Herring of Haysville,  daughter Leanna Herring of Haysville,  boyfriend, Frank Hoekstra of Haysville, Kansas and his daughters: Chantelle and Heather Hoekstra of Maize,  father, Charles “Mike” Booth of Wellington,  mother, Cecilia Jennings of Wichita,  brothers: Bryan Booth and his wife Lisa of Wellington,  Chris Booth of Wichita,  Aaron Alexander of Glendale, Arizona, Tory Alexander and his wife Rachel of Quincy, Illinois and her nieces: Aryana, Isabella, Ivana, Alexandria and Jazmine. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ivan and Doris Booth and Jack and Bertha Jennings and a nephew, Damion Booth.

A memorial service for Lisa will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Cornejo|Day Funeral Home, Wellington, Kansas.

A memorial fund has been established in her loving memory to the Lisa Herring Children’s Fund. Contributions may be mailed or left with the funeral home.
