•1:29 p.m. Non-Injury accident involving a vehicle driven by Theresa M. Shapley, 55, Wellington, and a fixed object.

•9:27 p.m. Officers responded to a Juvenile Problem in the 200 block E. 19th St, Wellington.

• 9:40 p.m. Donald E. Arredondo, 73, was issued a Notice to Appear for Animal Bite Violation and Dog at Large.

•1:30 a.m. Officers responded to a Suicide Threat in the 2200 block Shurtz Juden Loop, Wellington. 

•7:30 p.m. Officers responded to a Disturbance in the 700 block N. Olive St, Wellington.

•10:14 p.m. Officers took a Misc. Report in the 1300 block N. A St, Wellington.

•12:15 a.m. Carter G. Burnett, 19, Wellington, was arrested and charged with DUI, Minor in Consumption of Alcohol, Duty Upon Striking Vehicle, and Duty to Give Information.

•12:35 a.m. Officers took a Misc. Report in the 400 block S. C St, Wellington.

•11:01 a.m. Tanner A. Farrington, 18, Wellington, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.

•2:08 p.m. Officers responded to a runaway juvenile in the 400 block E. Maple St, Wellington.

•3:37 p.m. Officers took a criminal damage to property report in the 1200 block S. A St, Wellington.

•8:39 p.m. Luke M. Baker, 27, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for Driving While Suspended and No Proof of Insurance.

•8:44 p.m. Ron E. Lewis II, 24, OK, was issued a Notice to Appear for Driving While Suspended, Expired Registration, and Defective Headlamps.
