Sumner Newscow report — The following are the results of the 2015 Wellington 2-Man Shamble held this weekend:

“We were fortunate enough to have Gaston’s sponsor the shamble this year and it was certainly one of our best ever,” said Derek Harrison, Wellington Golf Club Director. “We had a great participation of 52 teams signed up and $15,000 was distributed over five flights which is $5000 more than we usually pay out.”

“We typically pay 100% of the entry fees back over team prizes for each individual day and two day total but with the sponsorship, we were able to add a skins game for each day, within each flight. This was very popular and a nice addition to the event.”
