•3:50 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 300 block W. 8th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Cathy L. May, 52, Wellington and Jeanette L. Rebold, 46, Wellington.

•3:50 p.m. Cathy L. May, 52, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•3:56 p.m. Officers investigated driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the 300 block W. 8th, Wellington

•4:46 p.m. Cathy L. May, 52, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•11:57 p.m. Jesse L. Mashburn, 33, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Ellis County Bench Warrant for probation violation.

•9:27 p.m. Juvenile female, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•11:10 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended and illegal registration in the 100 block E. 8th, Wellington.
