•9:10 a.m. Non-Injury accident at U.S. 160 and Boundary, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Minnie C. Sexton, 58, Wellington and Erica L. Adkins, 22, Wellington.

•9:30 a.m. Minnie C. Sexton, 58, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for fail to yield right of way and no proof of insurance.

•1:57 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•3:11 p.m. Officers investigated a battery in the 1000 block Shady Lane Court, Wellington by known suspect.

•7:23 p.m. Angela C. Kelly, 31, South Haven, was issued a notice to appear for defective headlamp.

•8:54 p.m. Terri J. Maffei, 57, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight and defective t aglight.

•10:45 p.m. Rebekah P. Hyer, 42, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.

•11:45 p.m. Jeffrey P. Whisler, 35, Wichita, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 32 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•1:28 a.m. Theresa K. Wooley, 32, Concordia, was arrested on a Harvey County bench warrant for failure to appear for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

•4:21 p.m. Officers took a report of children in need of care in the 1000 block Shady Lane, Wellington.

•10 p.m. Joshua H. Armbrister, 32, Grain Valley, Mo. was issued a notice to appear for defective taillight.
