Provencio arraignment hearing delayed for 2 more weeks

Sumner Newscow report — Sumner County District Judge Scott McQuin has continued the arraignment of Sylvester Provencio, 22, of Caldwell, for another two weeks.
Provencio’s attorney was unable to make the scheduled date. He is expected to enter a plea on a felony charge of rape for an alleged incident that too place in Caldwell New Year’s Eve night.
