Wellington Community Blood Drive is slated for Friday at Knights of Columbus
 by Tracy McCue, Sumner Newscow — The American Red Cross was at the Wellington High School today for its annual blood drive and will be at the Knights of Columbus at 201 E. Harvey in Wellington on Friday, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
American Red Cross officials says donating blood, especially those with rare blood types, is needed. If you have 0- blood type or AB Universal Plasma, then these blood types are really, really needed. For more information visit http://www.redcrossblood.org/ or call 1-800-RED CROSS.
