•12:33 a.m. Shanea I L Wolf, 25, Wellington was cited for driving while license is suspended and speeding 33 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•2:08 a.m. Jacqueline K. Medina,  51, Canyon City, Colo. was issued a notice to appear for defective headlamps and child seat violation.

•9:39 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•9:46 a.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 200 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•11:02 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of a grill in the area of Hargis Creek, Wellington.

•11:40 a.m. Injury accident at 4th and Jefferson, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Willard R. Isaacs, 72, Wellington and David L. Eagle,62, Wellington.

•11:40 a.m. Willard R. Isaacs, 72, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for fail to yield right of way.

•12:15 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•3:20 p.m. Janice M. Olivas, 65, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 28 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•3:35 p.m. Jeanette S. Bruce, 53, Caldwell, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 29 mph in a 20 mph school one.

•On May 2, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. Non-Injury accident occurred in the area of 15th & A, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Lindsey A. Garmon, 31, Wellington and Karen L. Horinek, 57, Wellington.

•Kayla J. Bond, 19, Wellington was served a summons/complaint to appear for theft.

•5:35 p.m. Officers investigated a forgery in the 600 block E. 16th, Wellington.
