•7:30 a.m. Non-Injury, Private Property accident in the 200 block N. Jefferson, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Eric B. Swartz, 29, Crestline, Calif. and a fixed object/cement block owned by Thomas K. McAlister, Wellington.

•10:22 a.m. Officers investigated a dog bite in the 100 block of E Maple. The dog is confined.

•11:05 a.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended, improper U-Turn and no proof of insurance.

•11:15 a.m. Jordan A. Withrow, 24, Mulvane, was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended, illegal U-Turn and no proof of insurance.

•11:26 a.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 300 block S. Birch, Wellington by known suspect.

•11:41 a.m. Miles J. Carter, 33, Wellington was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

•11:41 a.m. Miles J. Carter, 33, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Bench Warrant for failure to appear.

•12:03 p.m. Officers conducted an cccurrence report in the 1000 block Shadylane, Wellington.

•12:04 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1300 block N. A, Wellington.

•12:05 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 700 block W. 12th, Wellington involving a vehicle H&R operated by Steven G. Kind, 23, Wellington and a vehicle operated by Eric D. Watts, 28, Wellington.

•2:46 p.m. Steven G. Kind, 23, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for duty to report an accident, fail to yield right of way, driving while license is suspended.

•3:14 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 1100 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.

•3:20 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a phone box in the 1000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•3:28 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 100 block S. Jefferson, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Dorothy M. Malsom, 80, Wellington and Phillip K. Koerner, 51, Wellington.

•3:28 p.m. Dorothy M. Malsom, 80, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for inattentive driving.

•12:10 p.m. Officers investigated duty to report accident, driving while drivers license suspended and fail to yield right of way when turning left.
