•9:49 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a window in the 1400 block Michigan, Wellington.

•10:37 a.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended in the 1500 block N. Vandenburgh, Wellington.

•10:43 a.m. Blake W. Hutchison, 30, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended.

•10:43 a.m. Carley R. Smith, 30, Kansas City, Mo. was issued a notice to appear for expired registration.

•12:45 p.m. Erin D. Glover, 25, Cedar Vale, was arrested and confined on a City of Wellington bench warrant for failure to appear.

•2:20 p.m. Ryan E. Sipes, 23, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with burglary.

•2:50 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 600 block N. Douglas, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Barbara J. Cook, 79, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Russell Excavating, Wellington.

•3:59 p.m. Joyce E. Noland, 73, Medicine Lodge, Kans. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•5:27 p.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 1100 block W. Harvey, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Jimmy D. DeJarnett, 68, Wellington and a fixed object/gas meter owned by Kansas Gas Service.

•11:30 p.m. Mallary A. Barker, 18, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed traffic signal.
