by Tracy McCue, Sumner Newscow — The Argonia-Attica Titans  played their first district game in their history and it was a good one.

A&A would whip Caldwell 60-38 in a game touted as one that could determine district play. Of course, there is a long ways to go before that happens. But it was most certainly a statement.

A&A opened with a 6-0 lead at the end of the first quarter on an Alec McDaniel pass to Garrett Wells for 3 yard touchdown.

Then in the second, McDaniel would throw another to Wells. Then he would complete one to Jerry Swart and then would run in two more touchdowns. The Titans were leading 32-0 before Caldwell got on the board with a Colten Ward touchdown of 47 yards to make it 32-8.

McDaniel would add one more TD before the half to make it a 38-8 A&A.

Argonia-Attica would finish up with 517 yards of offense for the game. McDaniel was 12 of 17 for 184 yards and four touchdowns and would rush for 186 yards.
