Eighth Street was reopened for Memorial Day holiday
Eighth Street gets makeover
Sumner Newscow report — Obviously, there is striping to complete and whatever finishing touches there are, but the mill and overlay phase of the Eighth Street reconstruction project is now complete for the Memorial Day holiday.
The past week, blocks of 8th Street between F Street and C Street as well as a portion of F and Jefferson were closed to traffic.
