Sumner Newscow report — The Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League Div. IV coaches released their all-league football list for 2023. The players and coaches consisted of schools from Wellington, Andale, Collegiate, Rose Hill, Clearwater, and El Dorado.

Dusty Bannister

Wellington junior quarterback Dusty Bannister was named co-offensive most valuable player with running back Owen Eck of Andale and quarterback Hudson Ferralez of Collegiate in a three-way tie.
