Francene Proctor

Francene (Lantz) Proctor, 79, of Milton, KS, formerly of South Haven, died Friday, July 17, 2015 at Via Christi-St. Francis, Wichita. 

She was born December 24, 1935 at Wellington, Kansas to Francis Loren Lantz and Wanda May (Titus) Lantz. Francene grew up in South Haven, Kansas where she attended the South Haven schools.

She was united in marriage to Henry Clay Snyder on December 26, 1951. To this union three children were born Deborah, Daniel and Dennis. The family made their home in Caldwell, South Haven and Mulvane Kansas.

Francene later married Clarence Proctor on May 26, 1991 in Dallas, Texas. They made their home in Milton Kansas. Clarence died April 16, 2011.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and her infant daughter Deborah.

Francene is survived by two sons: Daniel Snyder and his wife Sue of South Haven, KS; Dennis Snyder and his wife Tammera of Goddard, KS; one sister Joanne Pritchett and her husband Chuck of Enid, OK; three grandchildren: Steven Snyder of South Haven, KS; Michelle Snyder and Sarah Snyder both of Wichita, KS; aunt, Marjy Cottle and husband Fred of South Haven, KS and a number of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from the South Haven Christian Church, South Haven, with Pastor Darrin Williams, officiating.  Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, South Haven, Kansas.  Arrangements are by Ebersole Mortuary, Conway Springs.
