Help Wanted: Adult Case Manager:

 Sumner Mental Health Center, a team-oriented community mental health center located in Wellington, Kansas, is seeking an outgoing self-starter as an Adult Case Manager, who will also provide Individual Placement and Support and engage with employers/educators as part of this position.  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, along with computer, writing, and communication skills.  

Preferred candidates will know community resources, particularly assisting with employment and schooling, along with experience providing community services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses.  All candidates must have a valid Kansas Driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance coverage.  Background checks are required.
