The City of Wellington is accepting applications for the position of Lake Operator 1 involving routine and semi-skilled work in maintenance of the Wellington City Lake.  Under direct supervision, this position includes lake patrol, mowing, construction, painting, cleaning and general assistance to lake patrons.  High School diploma or GED preferred with experience in grounds care and operation of maintenance equipment.  Possession of valid Ks.
