Health Department –Physical Therapist - Non-exempt

Physical Therapist needed for Sumner County Home Health (a Medicare-certified Agency) Approximate start date 09/14/2014.  Education requirements:  Graduate of an APTA approved curriculum from a university and have current licensure by the State of KS.  Experience:  1-3 years as a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinic, hospital or rehabilitation center.  Home Health experience highly preferred. In-county travel required.
