Jaret Ray Reddick, Thomas Ian Nicholas to perform at Wellington’s Regent Theater
By Amber Countryman, Sumner Newscow — Wellington is about to explode with excitement! Jaret Ray Reddick of Bowling for Soup, and Thomas Ian Nicholas, who acted in Rookie of the Year and American Pie, will be performing at Wellington’s Regent Theater on Sunday, July 16th!
With an itinerary listing many big cities and performance venues, Wellington, Kansas, is among those! Big stars are coming to Wellington!
Reddick’s musical career began in 1994 when the rock band Bowling for Soup debuted in Wichita Falls, Texas. Reddick plays guitar and is also a songwriter for the band. Currently, he’s known for his work on the animated TV series Phineas and Ferb, lead singer of the fictional band Love Händel. He is also the current voice of Chuck E. Cheese. Reddick worked with SEGA for the song “Endless Possibility,” the featured theme song in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game Sonic Unleashed.

Nicholas is an American actor, film producer, and singer. His well-known roles include playing Henry Rowengartner in “Rookie of the Year,” Walt Disney in “Walt Before Mickey,” and Kevin Myers in the “American Pie” film series. He also starred alongside Mickey Rourke in the 2021 film “Adverse” .
His debut album “Without Warning” was self-released on Jan. 15, 2008, with a follow-up album, “Without Warning Acoustic” on Feb. 8, 2009. On June 1, 2010, his third album “Heroes Are Human” was released. In 2012, his fourth album, “My Generation” was released.
Nicholas appeared on Blues Traveler’s album “Blow Up The Moon in March 2015, co-writing the song “All The Way”.
He released the single “1999”, a parody single of Bowling for Soup’s song “1985”. Nicholas and Bowling For Soup performed the parody song together on its release day.
