Successful candidates should possess the following:

•Helping assemble and install networking equipment providing high speed internet services to our customers.

•Determine customer needs through listening and asking questions.

•Explain products and services; prepare estimates for bids, close sales, complete paperwork, and setting up equipment fitting the needs of our customers.

•Trouble shooting problems in cooperation with other members of the IT team for the purpose of ensuring data services are available for users in the area.
