Kansas Wheat Festival Day #1 in pictures…
Sumner Newscow report — Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce officials estimated 300 to 400 people were in attendance for the annual picnic in the park at the 2021 Kansas Wheat Festival Wednesday evening at Sellers Park.
Randy Wyckoff was named the 2021 Wheat King of the Kansas Wheat Festival. There were your usual lip-sync and dance numbers thereafter. There were four food trucks at the event. And most everyone had a good time. It was great to be back after a pandemic.
