Submitted to Sumner Newscow — The City of Wellington will be cleaning the area in and around the roundabout at 15^th & “A” Street beginning Friday, March 15^th at 4 a.m.  This includes the surrounding areas of “B”, “C”, 16^th, 17^th and 18^th Streets.  The city of Wellington apologizse for the noise at that early hour; however, it is the safest and quickest way to clean the area.
