School Board and City Council filing deadline is Jan. 22 across Sumner County
by Tracy McCue, Sumner Newscow — Filing deadlines and the election for school board and city government boards across Sumner County will be simultaneous. The filing deadline is January 22 at noon. The election will be held April 2.
City candidates must file with their city clerks. USD school candidates must file with the election clerk at the Sumner County Clerk’s office at the courthouse in Wellington.
