Sumner County Sheriff investigating lewd and lascivious behavior complaint
Submitted to Sumner Newscow — The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a lewd and lascivious behavior complaint.
On Monday, Sept, 1, a white male exposed himself to two grade school girls in Conway Springs.
He was driving a gold colored automobile, possible four door.
He is balding with a dark colored mustache and goatee or beard — described as scruffy faced. His skin is tanned and he is medium build.
