These are formal charges introduced into the Sumner County District Court system. The suspects listed in the complaint have not been tried by a judge or jury unless specified otherwise. All citizens are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

State of Kansas v. Shellie Robinson — Case No: 16 CR 286.
Date of birth: 1965. Address: Wichita
Date of alleged crime: Sept. 7, 2016.
Charges:
Count 1 — Possession methamphetamine, level 5 drug felony.
Count 2 — Possession marijuana, love 5 drug felony (third offense)
Count 3 — Possession drug paraphernalia.
Case description: Robinson was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and having marijuana in her purse. She also allegedly had two glass smoking pipes in her purse as well.

State of Kansas v. Kelly Jackson — Case No: 16 CR 287.
Date of birth: 1966. Address: Wichita
Date of alleged crime: Sept. 11, 2016.
Charges:
Count 1 — Possession methamphetamine, level 5 drug felony.
Count 2 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
Count 3 — Interference with law enforcement, level 9 felony.
Case description: Jackson is accused of having meth in his pocket. He also had a syringe and a baggy. He is also accused of providing a false name to the officer.

State of Kansas v. Dustin Glenn — Case No: 16 CR 288.
Date of birth: 1981. Address: Wellington.
Date of alleged crime: Between Dec. 25 and Jan. 13, 2016.
Charges:
Count 1 — Burglary of a non dwelling, level 7 felony.
Count 2 — Theft, level 9 felony.
Case description: Glenn is accused of robbing a storage shed at 115 E. 15th including stealing saws worth $2,800 and pawning them off to a Wichita pawn shop.

State of Kansas v. Jack Linza Holiday — Case No: 16 CR 290.
Date of birth: 1981. Address: Geuda Springs.
Date of alleged crime: Between Dec. 25 and Jan. 13, 2016.
Charges:
Count 1 — Aggravated Assault, level 7 felony.
Count 2 — Reckless driving, misdemeanor.
Case description: Holiday is accused of angrily driving his pickup at an ATV vehicle before slamming on his brakes five feet of the ATV.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 12, 2016.
Charges:
Count 1 — Possession Marijuana, Class B misdemeanor.
Count 2 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Forsyth is accused of smoking marijuana behind his apartment building and having cigarettes loose in his pocket with rolling paper.

State of Kansas v. Aaron Campbell — Case No: 16 CR 292.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 16, 2016.
Charges:
Count 1 — Criminal threat, level 9 felony.
Count 2 — Aggravated assault with a firearm, level 7 felony.
Count 3 — Disorderly conduct, Class C misdemeanor.
Count 4 — Criminal possession of firearm by convicted felony, felony.
Count 5 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Campbell is accused of threatening another individual during a verbal argument with a handgun. According to the complaint, Campbell was inside a white Buick trying to fix the ignition at a woman’s request when the husband told him “we don’t need your help.†Campbell then allegedly said, “Come over here and I’ll beat your …â€
When the male walked toward him, Campbell allegedly pulled a black semiautomatic pistol out of his waistband and threatened him. Because Campbell allegedly displayed the handgun and he was convicted of a “burglary of a dwelling†charge from 2014, he was then charged with criminal possession of firearm by a convicted felon.
He also allegedly had syringes and eyeglass containers in the motel room for which he was staying.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 19, 2016
Charges:
Count 1 — Theft, level 9 felony.
Count 2 — Driving as habitual violator, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Jarvi is accused of driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado pickup with stolen content valued at $9,120 to the Kansas Star Casino parking lot which included Callaway golf clubs and cell phones.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 14, 2016
Charges:
Count 1 — Theft, Class A misdemeanor.
Count 2 — Possession methamphetamine, level 5 drug felony.
Count 3 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Brown is accused of stealing a blank check while visiting another person’s house. He then allegedly had three plastic bags of methamphetamine and two used syringes.

Count 1 — Domestic Battery, Class B misdemeanor.
Case description: Gressell III is accused of choking and slapping his girlfriend on the face.

Case description: Beltz is accused of possessing a bag of marijuana in his pocket.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 19, 2016

Count 1 — Criminal restraint, Class A misdemeanor.
Count 2 — Battery, Class B misdemeanor.
Case description: Seaton is accused of physically restraining another person leaving his premises by blocking the door. He then is accused while being allegedly intoxicated, punching her friend who had driven to the house to pick her up.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 13, 2016
Charges:
Count 1 — Failing to maintain single lane, traffic infraction.
Count 2 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
Count 3 — Driving under the influence, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Fallot is accused after driving left of center multiple times north of the Belle Plaine and admitting to recently smoking marijuana of having an alcohol content of .07. He also allegedly had a metal marijuana pipe under his possession.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 15, 2016
Charges:
Count 1 — Defective tail light, traffic infraction.
Count 2 — Failure to maintain single lane, traffic infraction.
Count 3 — Driving while suspended or revoked, Class A misdemeanor.
Count 4 — Possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor.
Count 5 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
Count 6 — Driving under the influence, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Sisson is accused of not having two working headlights while driving on 16th Street in Wellington. After being stopped for failing to maintain a single lane of traffic, he allegedly had a drivers license that was suspended, a baggy of marijuana and a pipe in a sports bag in the vehicle. He also allegedly was accused of driving under the influence of marijuana and could no longer safely operate a motor vehicle.

Count 4 — Criminal damage to property, Class B misdemeanor.
Case description: Roth is accused of stealing $349.40 in cash from a cashbox at Gambino’s Pizza after breaking the glass back door of the clinic.

Date of alleged crime: Sept. 23, 2016
Charges:
Count 1 — Domestic battery, Class B misdemeanor.
Count 2 — Disorderly conduct, Class C misdemeanor.
Count 3 — Interference with law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor.
Case description: Fraser is accused of angrily chocking another person and pushing her into the wall while hanging onto her neck. He then allegedly a couple hours later, kicked in the bedroom door as he was yelling at the same woman. Fraser then allegedly refused being handcuffed, being placed in the patrol car and having ankle irons placed on him.Â
