Sumner Newscow report – The Wellington City Council will hold a Special City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, in the City Council Chambers, 317 South Washington, Wellington.

The purpose of the meeting is for a public hearing for a CDBG Community Improvement Application for the Plum Street Waterline Project and consideration of two Resolutions related to the application. A Resolution will also be considered regarding an application to the KDHE for a loan from the Kansas Public Water Supply Loan Fund related to the same project.
