Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week is Chachi, the dog
Sumner Newscow report — The Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week is Chachi!
Chachi is 11 years young and a Chihuahua mix weighing 14 pounds. Don’t let his age fool you. Chachi is still a spunky little guy! You’re only as old as you feel, right?! He was lucky enough to have a foster for a while, and his foster mom said he was a wonderful companion and enjoyed lounging around the house watching TV. He also enjoyed protecting the yard from those pesky squirrels and laying in the sun!
Stop in this week to meet this special pet! We are open Wednesday through Friday, 3 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you are interested in adoption, please complete the online application before you come in to speed up the adoption process. The WHS will go in order of application received, so the sooner a person gets in the application, the better! And don’t forget, the Pet of the Week has a discounted adoption fee ($50 off dogs & $10 off cats) during their week!
