The Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week is Queenie!

Queenie is a year old and weighs just 30 pounds. She might appear larger in photos, but she is just medium-sized, perfect for any type of family. She LOVES attention of all kinds, from pets to cuddles to playing with toys! Queenie has the whole body “happy wiggle” down! This girl will be your bestie as soon as you adopt her!

Stop in this week to meet this special pet. The shelter is open on Wednesday through Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you are interested in adoption, please complete the online application before entering to speed up the adoption process. WHS officials process applications in the order they are received, so the sooner you submit your application, the better. And don’t forget, the Pet of the Week has a discounted adoption fee of $10 off pets during their week!
