Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week: Sadie, the cat

April 17, 2024 Cueball

Sumner Newscow report — The Wellington Humane Society Pet of the Week is Sadie!

Sadie is a spunky little girl ready for a home to rule! She is the first cat to greet you when you come in her cat colony and she will ensure that you give her attention! She enjoys watching the lobby like it is a television channel and will try to play with dogs through the glass as they walk by. Sadie has a beautifully colored coat and gorgeous green eyes. Did we mention that her 1st birthday is April 20th? Help her celebrate by taking her home!

Stop in this week to meet this special pet. The shelter is open Wednesday through Friday, 3 to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you are interested in adoption, please complete the online application before entering to speed up the adoption process. WHS officials go in order of application received, so the sooner you get in your application, the better! And don’t forget, the Pet of the Week has a discounted adoption fee of $10 off cats during their week!
