Wellington Middle School choir students participate in solo and ensemble contest hosted by Haysville
Sumner Newscow report — The Wellington Middle School choir recently participated in a Choir Solo and Ensemble contest held by the Haysville Middle School.
Both the seventh and the eighth grade Knight Choir teams received a “2” rating. A 1 rating is considered the best.
As far as soloists were concerned, four students either got a “1” or a “1-”
The contest this year was held virtually with participating schools submitting videos of solos and ensembles. Videos were submitted on March 30. At the time the choir had been together just seven days. The judges posted the results Sunday afternoon. The full WMS results are as follows:
