•8:30 a.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•9:36 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 100 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•3:37 p.m. Michael J. Shockley, 38, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for dog at large and animal bite violation.

•10:03 p.m. Joshua L. Cantrell, 43, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, and defective tag light.

•10:22 p.m. Joshua L. Cantrell, 43, Wellington, was arrested out of Meade County on a warrant.

•11:10 p.m. Juvenile male, 14, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for defective brake lights, defective tail lights, and driving in violation of restrictions.

•11:35 p.m. Marcella F. Blankenbaker, 22, KCMO, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 57 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•9:24 p.m. Berkeley R. Wright, 20, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 50 mph in a 40 mph zone, transporting an open container, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of alcohol.
