•7:50 a.m. Ronald L. Erber, 64, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•8:15 a.m. Jason M. Brooner, 42, Wellington was arrested on a failure to appear bond revocation.

•2:12 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•3:30 p.m. Kathrine A. Franke, 36, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 32 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•3:40 p.m. Agnes R. Case, 56, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•6:24 p.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•7:32 p.m. Caleb D. Stewart, 28, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery.

•6:09 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1100 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•6:59 p.m. Officers conducted a warrant service in the 500 block S. C, Wellington.

•6:59 p.m. Officers investigated possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia of a known suspect in the city.

•7:24 p.m. Jessie W. Brown, 29, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with theft.

•7:25 p.m. Officers investigated interference with law enforcement officers in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•7:27 p.m. Jessie W. Brown, 29, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Jackson County Bench Warrant for failure to appear for charges of driving while license is suspended.

•7:27 p.m. Jessie W. Brown, 29, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:32 p.m. Caleb D. Stewart, 28, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with interference with law enforcement officers.

•8:13 p.m. Officers issued a no trespass notice in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington by known suspect.

•8:20 p.m. Tony L. Sanchez, 38, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.
