•12:47 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to property, assault on law enforcement officers, minor in possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct and unlawful hosting of minors consuming alcohol.

•1:24 a.m. Justin W. Liggett, 20, Wichita, was arrested, charged and bonded with criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, assault on law enforcement officers and minor in possession of alcohol.

•7:30 a.m. Misty D. Skaggs, 37, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation and passenger under 14 years of age -seatbelt violation.

•7:42 a.m. Robin L. Creamer, 38, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violaton and passenger under 14 years of age -seatbelt violation.

•7:47 a.m. Elaina M. Sigg, 33, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation.

•8:31 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to door in the 2600 block N. A, Wellington.

•9:53 a.m. Frederick P. Gonzales, 78, Wellington was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

•On February 25, 2014 at 10 a.m. Officers investigated a forgery by a known suspect in the 1200 block E. 16th, Wellington

•11:02 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of tools in the 700 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•1:27 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of license plate in the 600 block N. Sykes, Wellington.

•On February 26th, at 2:48 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block E. 8th, Wellington.

•3:01 p.m. Non-injury, hit and run accident in the 300 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington involved an unknown vehicle and a vehicle operated by Barry R. Fleming, 33, Mulvane.
