•3:30 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 800 block N.G, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Oraleen E. Urban, 84, Wellington and Charles P. Dickinson, 22, Wellington.

•3:30 p.m. Oraleen E. Urban, 84, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with inattentive driving.
