•1:40 a.m. Bryan C. Granillo, 43, Harper, was issued a notice to appear for defective headlamp.

•2:30 a.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended in the 800 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•2:50 a.m. Jeffrey K. Walters, 46, Lawrence, was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended.

•9:33 a.m. Officers investigated domestic battery in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington by known suspect.

•12:49 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of porch swing in the 1100 N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•2:39 p.m. Officers investigated a battery and disorderly conduct in the 900 block W. 7th, Wellington by known suspect.

•2:40 p.m. Justin W. E. Corter, 33, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery.

•3:01 p.m. Gary W. Webb, 61, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with battery and disorderly conduct.

•On April 14, 2016, Brianna A. Hibbard, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•3:05 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 160 block N. C, Wellington.

•3:56 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 100 block N. B, Wellington.

•5:26 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to garage door in the 300 block E. 18th, Wellington.

•8:25 p.m. Victoria L. Moore, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•2:42 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of powder scale in the 800 block N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•9:30 p.m. Heather Cramer, 32, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight and no proof of insurance.
