•3:07 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1000 block of E. Lincoln.                              

•6:12 a.m. Officers investigated a theft and found property in the 300 block of N. Olive. The bicycle and vehicle was eventually located.

•10:47 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of a wallet from a vehicle in the 300 block of S. F.

•12:17 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1400 block of Michigan.

•12:20 p.m. Larry J. Hooker, 59, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with expired registration.

•12:44 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary, criminal damage to property and conspiracy in 1000 block of W. 8th.

•2:20 p.m. Officers investigated a non-injury accident in the 1000 block of N Washington involving vehicles operated by Shannon K Fox, 29, South Haven, and Robert D. Hadley, 43, Wellington.

•3:02 p.m. Shannon K. Fox, 29, South Haven, was issued a notice to appear charged with inattentive driving.

•2:36 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary of tool/radio which was taken from residence in the 600 block of N Poplar.

•4:19 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of bicycle in the 700 block of E 4th.

•6:30 p.m. Scott L. McNett, 53, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with illegal registration.

•8:12 p.m. Officers investigated report of dog running at large in the 700 block of N. F.

•8 p.m. Angela D. Arrieta, 38, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with dog running at large.

•8:16 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1400 block of Superior Court.

•10:43 p.m. Officers investigated an injury accident, hit and run, in the 700 block of S. G, involving a vehicle operated by unknown driver and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Cavin L. Whittley, Wellington.

•10:48 p.m. Officers investigated duty to report an accident, false information or report concerning accident and interference with law enforcement officer in the 700 block of  S. G by known suspect(s).

•11:35 p.m. Officers investigated consumption of liquor by minor in the 700 block of S. G.

•12:15 a.m. Grayson L. Dejarnett, 18, Wellington was arrested and confined charged with consumption of alcoholic beverage by minor.

•5:36 a.m. Brian S. Boor, 24,Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 47 mph in a posted 30 mph zone.

•8:05 a.m. Robyn L. Halper, 34, Wichita was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone (radar).

•8:24 a.m. Officers took report of found cell phone in the 100 block of W. Harvey.

•8:34 a.m. Kristin M. Porter, 22, Winfield, was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 67 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.

•8:55 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of currency in the 1500 block of N Stewart.

•10:43 a.m. Officers investigated a felony theft and miscellaneous theft of vehicle, tools and an ipod in the 400 block of N Olive.   

•11:30 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1200 block of E.Harvey.

•1:17 p.m. Officers took report of found bicycle in the 400 block of W. 12th. It was returned to owner.

•1:38 p.m. Officers took report of found property.

•2:30 p.m. Anna M. Sandell, 52, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with disobeying a stop sign.

•12:42 p.m. Michelle E. Grooms, 49, Haysville, was issued a notice to appear, charged with speeding 56 mph in a posted 40 mph zone.

•2:10 p.m. Officers made an outside assist in the 500 block of W. Harvey.

•3:55 p.m. Juvenile male, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with disobeying a stop sign.

•5:56 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of an iPhone in the 1000 block of S Jefferson.

•7:59 p.m. Officers investigated a hit and run accident in the 500 block of E. 4th involving an unknown vehicle and a fixed object( telephone meter).

•10:13 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 600 block of N F.

•10:54 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 400 block of N. Olive.
