•6:23 a.m. James L. Seaton, 34, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 68 mph in a 55mph zone.

•2:56 p.m. Injury accident at U.S. 160 and Wesborough Road, Wellington involved vehicles operated by William  G. Norris, 87, Wellington and Kristina D. Johnson, 38, Milan.

•3:20 p.m. William G. Norris, 87, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for failure to yield right of way.

•3:20 p.m. Kristina D. Johnson, 38, Milan, was issued a notice to appear for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.

•3:20 p.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 1300 block Edgwood, Wellington.

•7:20 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington. The items were recovered.

•7:35 p.m. Brooke A. Martin, 19, Conway Springs, was arrested, charged and bonded with theft.

•8:24 a.m. Officers investigated a theft by known suspect in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•2:23 p.m. Cory W. Lira, 34, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with possession of methamphetamine.

•2:23 p.m. Cory W. Lira, 34, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Warrant for sale of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school and use of a telecommunication device to facilitate a drug sale.

•6:46 p.m. Officers investigated by known suspect domestic battery, battery and criminal damage to property in the 1000 block S. C, Wellington.

•6:48 p.m. Officers investigated criminal use of a financial card by unknown suspect in the 800 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•7:08 p.m. Andrew T. Olson, 38, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery, battery and criminal damage to property.

•7:08 p.m. Officers investigated a battery and criminal damage to property in the 1300 block N. A St., Wellington.
