•Brandon K. Kimbel, 20, Wellington was served a summons to appear for disturbing the peace and inadequate muffler on motor vehicle.

•4:30 p.m. Officers took a report of an animal bite in the area of superior court, Wellington.

•6:51 p.m. Officers investigated illegal registration/altered tag in the 1200 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•6:51 p.m. William A. Smithback, 37, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration, altered tag.

•9:50 p.m. Officers took a report of a disturbance of a known subject in the 1300 block N. Blaine, Wellington.

•12:23 p.m. Officers investigated aggravated assault, battery and disorderly conduct of a known suspect in the 1900 block N. Madison Lane, Wellington.

•1:35 p.m. Jack L. Stonehocker, 52, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with aggravated assault.

•5:48 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a residence door in the 200 block S. Douglas, Wellington.
