•2:15 p.m. Officers investigated a forgery and theft in the 1100 block N. A, Wellington.

•Adam Jones, Wellington was served a summons to appear for unlawful storage of disabled vehicle.

•10:36 a.m. Michael E. Strait, 22, Ft Collins, Colo., was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•10:36 a.m. Katie L. Strait, 23, Ft Collins, Colo., was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation of a passenger.

•10:50 a.m. David J. King, 54, Conway Springs, was issued a notice to appear for window tint and seatbelt violation.
