•12:38 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1100 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•10 a.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 200 block N. B, Wellington.

•11:52 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 500 block S. Fair, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Kelly M. Heston, 31, Oklahoma City, Okla. and a fixed object/railroad overpass bridge owned by Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railway, Fort Worth, Texas.

•12:43 p.m. Kelly M. Heston, 31, Oklahoma City, Okla. was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended.

•2:25 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 400 block E. 4th, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Patricia N. Schultz, Wellington.

•4:33 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary in the 1300 block Michigan, Wellington.

•6:43 p.m. Officers conducted an outside agency assist in the 1400 block N. Day, Wellington.

•7:13 p.m. Dylan M. Hay, 26, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County bench warrant for probation violation.

•8:14 p.m. Brianna A. Hibbard, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 43 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•10:11 p.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the 300 block S. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•11:10 p.m. Officers conducted an outside agency assist in the 1300 block E. 1st, Wellington. The known subject located.

•10:10 a.m. Officers investigated a burglary of currency in the Wellington.

•11:56 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to residence door jam in the 1100 block S. C, Wellington.

•3:21 p.m. Officers took a report of a found bicycle in the 300 block N. Elm, Wellington.

•5:30 p.m. Elizabeth J. Hamilton, 28, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlamp.

•7:45 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•8:07 p.m. Officers took a report of found property in the 500 block N. Washington, Wellington. Identification was returned to owner.

•8:34 p.m. Officers investigated a trespass in the 900 block N. C, Wellington was known suspect.

•10:38 p.m. Officers took a report of an outside agency assist in the 1400 block Michigan, Wellington by known suspect.

•10:46 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a cell phone in the 1400 block E. 16th, Wellington. It was returned to owner.

•1:08 a.m. Officers investigated a battery by known suspect in the 100 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•10:20 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1900 block N. Vandenburg, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Jule A. Troutman, 60, Wellington and a fixed object/sign owned by the city of Wellington.

•11:12 a.m. Officers investigated an assault, criminal damage to property and obstruction of law enforcement officers in the 1000 block Shady Lane Ct, Wellington by known suspect.

•12:03 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a bicycle in the 700 block N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•12:20 p.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the 900 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•12:33 p.m. Hailey E. Lawson, 18, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with assault, criminal damage to property and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

•4 p.m. William B. Brown, 46, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 41 mph in a 30mph zone.
