•1:52 p.m. Dana D. Alcorn, 41, Wellington was served a summons to appear for two counts of theft.

•5:04 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 400 block W. 15th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Gerald D. Ricke, 67, Wellington and a fixed object/landscape boulder owned by Wheat Country Carwash, Wellington.

•9:31 p.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 800 block N. C, Wellington.

•10:41 p.m. Cara A. Bentley, 34, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery.

•10:43 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a vehicle in the 100 block N. Olive, Wellington by known suspect. Vehicle was located and returned to owner.

•2:44 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a cell phone in the Wellington which was eventually recovered.

•8:10 p.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the 1000 block S. F, Wellington.

•9:40 p.m. Tony L. Sanchez, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration.

•10 p.m. Dustin A. Johnson, 33, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for no proof of insurance and defective tag light.
