•5:20 a.m. James R. Gressel, 21, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and illegal registration.

•10:20 a.m. Officers investigated violation of a protection order in the 300 block S. Washington in Wellington.

•11:00 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1200 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•11:30 a.m. Officers investigated a forgery by unknown suspect(s) in the 1000 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•11:40 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1400 block Michigan, Wellington.

•2 p.m. Officers took a report of a found a wallet in the 1100 block E 16th, Wellington.

•2 p.m. Officers investigated a forgery in the 1400 block E. 16th, Wellington by unknown suspect(s).

•2:08 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1400 block U.S. 160, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Stephanie L. Davis, 32, Wellington and Lee D. Hansen, 47, Wellington.

•3:08 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage of a window in the 700 block S. Blaine, Wellington.

•3:38 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block E. Maple, Wellington.

•6:40 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1700 block N. U.S. 81, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Samuel B. Branham, 83, Wellington and a ditch.

•8:30 p.m. Juvenile male, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight and defective tail light.

•Katie L. Harrington, 24, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog at large and no Wellington license.
