•11:30 a.m. Officers took a report of a found Ford Focus Owner’s Manual in 200 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•2:52 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of money in the 1300 block W. Edgewood Dr, Wellington.

•4:04 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•4:09 p.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 300 block S. F, Wellington.

•On January 9, 2014 at 4:15 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the Wellington.

•4:05 a.m. Alyssa D. Tucker, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with illegal registration/expired and no proof of insurance.

•4:40 a.m. Kent J. Eyman, 35, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with possession of  methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•11:30 a.m. Non-injury accident in the 100 block N B, Wellington, involving an object falling from a vehicle operated by Bruce F. Rowe, 61, Wellington and a vehicle owned by Jennifer D. Becera, Wellington.

•12:47 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block E. 11th, Wellington.

•3:27 p.m. Officers investigated violation of a court order of a known suspect in the 1400 block E. Michigan, Wellington.

•7 p.m. Officers took a report of a runaway of a known subject in the 400 block E. 11th, Wellington.

•7 p.m. Joseph L. Holt, 35, Wellington was issued a summons to appear for charges of animal cruelty and dog at large.

•3:39 a.m. Jenny L. Sanders, 31, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Warrant for probation violation.

•Brandon A. Fletcher, 19, Wellington was served a summons to appear for charges of disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by underage adult.

•9:15 a.m. Non-Injury accident on private property in the 1100 block W. 8th, Wellington involved a vehicle operated by John C. Waugh, 73, Wellington and a fixed object/cement post owned by Dillons, Wellington.

•10:21 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a truck in the 500 block S. U.S. 81, Wellington.

•12:15 p.m. Phillip W. Pulliam, 57, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Wellington of Newton and Sedgwick County Warrants.
