•5:10 a.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 300 block S. Washington, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Raymond H. Schalk, 94, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Ellen K. Allton, Wellington.

•7:24 a.m. Wesley J. Hodges, 25, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended.

•7:45 a.m. Officers investigated possession of paraphernalia in the 1700 block. E. 16th, Wellington.

•7:45 a.m. Juvenile male, 17, Wellington was referred to juvenile court.

•8:17 a.m. Bradley R. Ward, 38, Andover, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•9:16 a.m. Howard H. Harvey, 46, Deer Lodge, Tenn., was issued a notice to appear for speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•11:40 a.m. Katie L. Harrington, 24, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with two dogs running at large.

•12:18 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington.

•12:55 p.m. Lindsay R. Hatfield, 38, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended and speeding 34 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•5:10 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 100 block N. High, Wellington.

•6:29 p.m. Officers took a report of an animal bite by a known owner in the 1900 block N. Madison Lane, Wellington.

•11:31 p.m. Officers investigated criminal threat by a known suspect in the 1200 block N. C, Wellington.

•11:45 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct of a known suspect in the 1200 block N. C, Wellington.

•12:20 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a window in the 700 block N. Poplar.

•8 a.m. Brandon M. Seyfert, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 41 mph in a 30mph zone.

•9:57 a.m. Mark S. Hatfield, 36, Wellington was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended and seatbelt violation.

•10:33 a.m. Officers investigated burglary of unknown suspect(s) in the 800 block N. H, Wellington.

•1:52 p.m. Jonathan V. Fumich, 26, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•2:41 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block S. Washington, Wellington.

•8:50 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of medication in the 200 block S. Elm, Wellington.

•1 a.m. Jennel D. Mashak, 35, Arkansas City was issued a notice to appear for transporting an open container.

•Kendall A. O’neal, 57, Wellington was served a summons to appear for theft.
