•9:51 a.m. Officers investigated operating a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone (radar) in the 300  block lN. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•9:55 a.m. Sasha L K Brown, 23, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•11:32 a.m. Officers took a report of a disturbance by known subject(s) in the 1100  block N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•10:50 a.m. Officers investigated possession of depressant, possession of a stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft in the 2000  block E. 16th, Wellington.

•11:15 a.m. Jeremy W. Davis, 30, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with depressant, possession of a stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.

•4:45 a.m. Joseph A. Proctor, 22, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Cowley County bench warrant for failure to appear.

•9:44 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of services and interference with law enforcement officers of known suspect in the 1400 block Michigan Court, Wellington.

•10:11 a.m. Brodrick G. Henton, 21, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

•10:20 a.m. Officers took a report of a dog at large in the 200 block N. Poplar, Wellington.
