•1:21 a.m. Jessica L. Leke, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective taillight and no proof of insurance.

•8 a.m. Justin G. Bruns, 21, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 53 mph in a 40 mph zone (radar) and expired drivers’ license.

11:41 a.m. Joseph D. Peters, 28, Arkansas City, was arrested, charged and confined with driving while license is suspended and expire registration.

•2:23 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct by known suspect(s) in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.
