•12:54 a.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 400 block E. Maple, Wellington by known suspect(s).

•4:43 a.m. Adam Cooper, 33, Caldwell, was issued a notice to appear for defective taglight.

•5:30 a.m. Connie S. Biles, 60, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign and no drivers’ license in possession.

•7:55 a.m. John T. Moore, 28, Kingswood, Texas was issued a notice to appear for speeding 52 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•9:28 a.m. Thomas L. Kohmetscher, 60, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 51 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•9:45 a.m. Officers investigated burglary and criminal damage to property at Worden Park, Wellington.

•2:48 p.m. Officers took a report of a disturbance by a known suspect(s) in the 1300 block Michigan, Wellington.

•6:45 p.m. Joseph L. Thomas, 34, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for no proof of insurance and defective brake light.

•9:13 p.m. Officers investigated burglary, theft and criminal damage to property by known suspect in the 1400 block N. Stewart, Wellington.

•10:29 p.m. Officers investigated aggravated battery, criminal restraint and criminal damage to property by known suspect in the 600 block N. C, Wellington.

•2:20 a.m. Porter C. Evans, 20, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.

•8:14 a.m. Charles D. Schulz, 57, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with no insurance and defective brakes.

•11:35 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1100 block S. Washington, Wellington involving vehicles operated by  Amy V. Parsons, 40, Wellington and Queen S. Barnes, 19, Wellington.

•12:08 p.m. Amy V. Parsons, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for failure to yield right of way.

•12:17 p.m. Queen S. Barnes, 19, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with no insurance.

•12:20 p.m. Officers took a report of a missing person in the 800 block S. C, Wellington.

•9:25 p.m. Leslie D. Nelson, 41, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•10:10 p.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 1000 E. 16th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Judy D. Thomas, 62, Wellington and Mary A C Loveland, 27, Argonia.

•11:20 p.m. Jason S. Funderburk, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•9:20 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a door in the 1000 block N. A, Wellington.

•10:06 a.m. Officers investigated possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia by a known suspect in the 800 block S. C, Wellington. •10:12 a.m. Trey L. Schulz, 22, homeless was arrested, charged and confined with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•10:12 a.m. Trey L. Schulz, 22, homeless was arrested and confined on a Sumner County bench warrant for escape from custody.

•1:19 p.m. Cory W. Correll, 30, Ponca City, Okla., was issued a notice to appear for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•1:26 p.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 400 block S. C, Wellington by known subject.

•5:43 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1400 block Shady Lane, Wellington.

•7 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the area of U.S. 160 and U.S. 81, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a fixed object/sign owned by Kansas Department of Transportation.

•9:05 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary of cigarettes in the 300 block E. 11th, Wellington.
