•1:09 p.m. Jordon R. Smith, 23, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with expired registration.

•1:22 p.m. Officers took a report of dogs at large in the 700 block W. 4th, Wellington.

•4:10 p.m. Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block S. G, Wellington.

•4:37 p.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 200 block N. A, Wellington.

•5:38 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 500 block W. 4th, Wellington.

•5:41 p.m. Dustin Martin, 33, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery in the 800 block N. H, Wellington.

•9:30 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1100 block W. Harvey, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Christie A. Martin, 35, Ponca City, Okla. and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by James D. Fitzer, Wellington.

•10 a.m. Christie A. Martin, 35, Ponca City, Okla. was issued a notice to appear for improper backing.
