•12:55 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1000 block Shadylane Court, Wellington.

•5:17 a.m. Chris L. Hills, 41, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign and no proof of insurance.

•7:03 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 900 N. Plum, Wellington.

•8 a.m. Officers investigated children in need of care, Wellington.

•Bradley E. Warner, 18, Wellington was served a aummons to appear for theft.

•1:47 p.m. Officers took a report of lost property in the 400 block S. C, Wellington.

•6:14 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 800 N. Poplar, Wellington.

•6:20 p.m. Non-injury accident in the 1600 block W. Harvey, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Richard R. Lewallen, 55, Wellington and a fixed object/utility pole owned by the city of Wellington.

•6:47 p.m. Richard R. Lewallen, 55, Wellington was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, transporting an open container and inattentive driving.

•9:26 p.m. Officers took a report of a suicide threat in the 1300 block Michigan, Wellington.

•1:36 a.m. Officers investigated domestic battery and battery in the 100 block W. Lincoln, Wellington by a known suspect(s).10:00 a.m. Mark A. Cress, 29, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration for expired tag.

•3:26 p.m. Harold H. Loveland Jr, 28, Argonia, was issued a notice to appear for window tint, no proof of insurance and drivers’ license ignition interlock violation.

•James Lauterbach, 55, Wellington was served a summons to appear for disorderly conduct.
